At EASY WAVE, all products undergo multiple rounds of quality testing during manufacturing and are tested again before shipment to ensure they meet our standards.

No Returns or Refunds All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds under any circumstances.

Warranty All products come with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects only.

The warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, improper operation, or human error
• Physical damage, water damage beyond rated specifications, or unauthorized modifications
• Normal wear and tear

Warranty Claims If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, please contact us with proof of purchase and a description of the issue. We will assess the claim and determine the appropriate resolution.
